I like this basic Swords DPS Build...
Well in PvE the enemies die so fast, sever artery + gash doesn't really matter much. This build provides for the adrenaline needs to spam powerful adrenal sword skills. NOTE: A 10% chance of double adrenaline gain on hit maximizes the effectiveness of this build.
Dragon Slash {E}
Silverwing Slash
Galrath Slash
Sun and Moon Slash
These are the core skills. Only downside is that you need to charge up to 8 adrenaline before you start unleashing awesome DPS on them. Something like Berserker's Stance can speed this up. So charge up to 8 adrenaline, then use Sun and Moon Slash first, follow up with Silverwing and Galrath Slash, then Dragon Slash to recharge the first 3 (if double adrenaline kicks in on Dragon Slash everything gets recharged including Dragon Slash itself :O). Then use Sun and Moon / Silverwing / Galrath, rinse and repeat! You will be using an attack skill more than 75% of the time with this at NO ENERGY COST.
Other additional recommended skills:
Tiger Stance, Berserker Stance, Heal Sig, Bonetti's Def (for tanking).
Works OK in Random Arenas too, but since blocking and evading and missing are so common in PvP, this build is utterly useless there, because your constant adrenaline flow is based on never missing.
EDIT: yeah actually I had a free slot during Fort Aspenwood so I used that (before I read any comments) and it was great.

"For Great Justice!" + Dragon Slash + Sun and Moon Slash = 20 seconds of fun.

Agreed completely
In fact I played almost the exact same thing... FGJ + DS + S&M Slash + Silverwing Slash = Death to everything.
Its very useful. Unfortunately a little less useful in PVP because if you miss with DS it kinda makes your combo a lot less viable... so many ways to intrupt you, etc... still in PVE its extemely fun as you watch everything close to you crumble to the ground.

For PvP could you perhaps add warrior's cunning?

PvP builds should always contain DW capacity.
No DW, not effective warrior.
Its just too good a condition to passup. After the condition is on, all your attacks are effectivly +20%

It's funny how sun and moon slash is remarkably similar to the elite skill, hundred blades (I know it doesn't effect adjacents), but it also is unblockable. Even without "for great justice" I've tried Dragon Slash+ Sun and Moon Slas+ Galrath slash in pvp and I liked it a lot. Another easily spammable sword attack is quivering blade, which if you go w/n and it's blocked, you can use it to daze your opponent.

I have always been tempted to take Rigor mortis as a W/N just to take the piss a little, although 2 points in curses may be a bit short for the cost.

Double Adren doesn't kick in on the +4 Adren you get from Dragon Slash BTW. Only the Adren you get from hitting your target.

Deep Wound is needed somewhere, its just too good to throw away, all PvP warrior builds should be built around this condition.
